PAGEONE Group Enhances Photography Skills For Better Storytelling

Dedicated to continuous learning and innovation, PAGEONE Group recently hosted a Mobile and Camera Photography Workshop at its headquarters, empowering its team with essential visual storytelling skills. This immersive session, facilitated through PAGEONE’s learning platform, provided hands-on training in capturing striking and professional-grade images using both smartphones and cameras.

The workshop delved into various aspects of photography, including portrait, product, event, and action photography. Through multiple product stations, participants practiced and honed their creative and technical skills.

Leading the session was Francis “Chiz” Miranda, owner of Strands Films and a seasoned visual storyteller with extensive experience in event and corporate photography and videography. Having covered high-profile events such as Nadine Lustre’s MMFF “The Uninvited” press conference and major political summits, Miranda shared expert insights into lighting, framing, and composition, helping participants refine their photography techniques.

Beyond the technical aspects, Miranda emphasized a deeper understanding of photography. “Don’t forget that photography is more than just taking pictures—it’s about capturing moments, telling stories, and connecting with people,” he shared. “It’s about freezing time and saving those memories. Everyone is a photographer—not until you go manual.”

The immersive and interactive nature of the workshop empowered the PAGEONE team to elevate their approach to visual storytelling. Whether for press releases, social media content, or corporate narratives, the skills gained from this session will enable them to produce more compelling and engaging imagery.

“At PAGEONE Group, our pursuit of excellence never stops. This workshop is just one of many initiatives aimed at refining our team’s expertise and reinforcing our leadership in PR and media communications,” shared Jeffrey Osoc, PAGEONE Group HR Manager.

With a deeper understanding of photography, PAGEONEnites are now better positioned to create intentional, evocative visuals that amplify their narratives and resonate with audiences, ensuring that every image tells a powerful and purposeful story.
