Brandplay has officially launched its Center of Excellence, a new training and development arm designed to consolidate all of the agency’s capacity-building initiatives. With this move, Brandplay strengthens its commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and innovation within the communications and public relations industry.

The Center of Excellence serves as the company’s hub for nurturing talent, fostering creativity, and equipping professionals with the skills needed to thrive in an evolving communications landscape. By integrating its various training programs under one umbrella, Brandplay continues to set new standards for excellence in the field.

“At Brandplay, we believe that continuous learning is the foundation of sustainable growth,” said Fritz Cruz, Head of Brandplay. “The Center of Excellence embodies our dedication to nurturing talent and developing future-ready communicators who can drive meaningful change in the industry. Through this initiative, we aim to create an environment where curiosity, creativity, and competence thrive together.”

The Center of Excellence brings together four key programs, each addressing a different aspect of professional and personal development:

  • PR Institute, a learning platform that offers specialized training in public relations, media relations, and crisis management through microlearning modules led by subject matter experts. It aims to equip professionals, journalists, and bloggers with the practical skills needed to stay competitive in the fast-paced communications landscape.
  • Campaigns Academy, a mentorship and internship program that gives students hands-on experience in campaign development. This initiative is designed to shape the next generation of communicators through creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • PAGEONE Socials, an employee engagement and development program that promotes teamwork, growth, and well-being within the organization. By combining learning with shared experiences, it strengthens camaraderie while enhancing individual capabilities.
  • PAGEONE Studios – The Group’s creative and broadcast innovation hub delivers broadcast-quality storytelling and production. Under it is PAGEONE Prime, which features AI-powered reporters delivering real stories, redefining news and narrative creation in the digital age.
  • PAGEONE AI – A data analytics and intelligence platform that provides actionable insights, measures campaign effectiveness, and guides strategic decision-making to enhance communication performance across platforms.
  • PAGEONE Heartbeat – The corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of PAGEONE Group that collaborates with partners to bring meaningful causes to life. Through initiatives centered on community engagement, education, and sustainability, PAGEONE Heartbeat champions purposeful communication that creates positive change.

Beyond professional growth, the Center of Excellence also reinforces Brandplay’s advocacy for sustainable and inclusive development. The initiative aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that reflect its broader mission to empower individuals and communities through education and innovation.

It directly supports SDG 4: Quality Education by promoting lifelong learning and providing accessible professional training opportunities that help bridge knowledge gaps within the communications field. It also advances SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by fostering skill development that leads to meaningful employment, innovation, and productivity in the creative sector.

In addition, the Center of Excellence contributes to SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure by encouraging creativity and supporting the growth of knowledge-driven industries that shape the future of communication. Finally, it upholds SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by collaborating with schools, organizations, and media professionals to promote shared learning and collective progress.

Through the Center of Excellence, Brandplay continues to shape the future of communication, one learning experience at a time.
