Brandplay proudly launches Campaigns Academy, a dedicated learning space designed to bridge academic learning with real-world experience through immersive, hands-on training in campaign development and execution.

Formed in partnership with various colleges and universities, Campaigns Academy is a mentorship-based internship program that gives students the opportunity to conceptualize, conduct, and evaluate socially relevant campaigns. Over a minimum two-month internship, participants will undergo a structured program that mirrors the professional campaign process, from ideation and strategy to implementation and post-campaign reporting.

The program is part of Brandplay’s continuing commitment to cultivating future communication leaders by providing them with meaningful, face-to-face learning experiences that extend beyond the traditional virtual setup.

“Learning is best experienced through doing,” said Fritz Cruz, Head of Brandplay. “With Campaigns Academy, we’re not just offering internships, but we’re creating a space for growth where students can see their ideas come to life and build portfolios that truly reflect their potential and purpose.”

Each student will be guided through a rigorous, day-to-day learning calendar designed by Brandplay’s seasoned PR and marketing professionals. By the end of the program, interns are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of campaign management and a tangible portfolio showcasing their work.

Campaigns Academy also contributes to the advancement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). Through its structured mentorship and strong academic partnerships, the program promotes quality learning, professional growth, and collaborative efforts to empower the next generation of communicators.

Campaigns Academy stands as Brandplay’s latest effort to redefine internship programs in the communications industry, turning them into platforms that not only train but also inspire the next generation of storytellers and changemakers.
