PAGEONE Group Celebrates Interns In Memorable Graduation Ceremony

On December 16, 2024, PAGEONE Group hosted a vibrant Internship Graduation Ceremony, recognizing the accomplishments of their interns from leading universities. This event highlighted the journey of growth, resilience, and excellence that these aspiring professionals experienced during their time at PAGEONE.

PAGEONE Group marked a significant milestone on December 16, 2024, as it held a joyous Internship Graduation Ceremony at the PAGEONE Headquarters. The event honored the achievements and dedication of interns from some of the country’s top academic institutions.

The graduation celebrated the culmination of a rigorous internship program that provided aspiring young professionals with unparalleled exposure to the fields of media, public relations, and communications. This year’s batch of interns included students of UST Angelicum College, University of the Philippines – Los Baños, University of the Philippines – Diliman, Cavite State University – Imus Campus, Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sta. Mesa, and the University of Santo Tomas. Notably, Cavite State University – Imus Campus and the University of Santo Tomas each had three representatives in this outstanding group.

Vonj Tingson, President and Chief Operating Officer of PAGEONE, encouraged the graduates to see their journey as just beginning. “As you step forward, remember that this is just the beginning. The skills you’ve learned, the challenges you’ve overcome, and the relationships you’ve built are all stepping stones for what lies ahead. Carry the lessons of excellence, resilience, learning, and joy with you, and use them as tools to shape your future and the futures of those around you.” His words served as a powerful reminder of the potential each graduate holds as they embark on the next phase of their careers.

PAGEONE’s Chairman, Dr. Ron Jabal, underscored the significance of the event in fostering growth and resilience. “Embrace your authentic self—your voice, values, and ideas are your greatest assets. Use your authenticity to empower others, create meaningful connections, and leave a positive impact. Take pride in what you’ve accomplished, and let these principles guide you as you shape your future as a communication professional.” His message resonated with the graduates, urging them to embrace the values of hard work and purpose as they move forward.

Katherine Angeles, an intern from the University of Sto. Tomas, reflected on her transformative experience during her internship. “Ever since the pandemic, I thought I wanted to be a digital nomad, but this internship experience taught me otherwise. It made me reconsider and see the value of working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. We would sometimes joke around about prolonging our hours to reach the end of the year because we never wanted it to end. Thank you so much, PAGEONE, for giving us a glimpse of what it’s like in the PR industry.” Her words captured the appreciation and growth fostered by the internship program, highlighting the profound impact of real-world experiences.

PAGEONE Group has long been committed to nurturing young professionals, believing that they are the backbone of a thriving communications landscape. The program’s hands-on approach and mentorship from industry experts ensured the interns gained invaluable insights and practical knowledge.

As the ceremony concluded, the graduates were presented with certificates of completion and celebrated with hearty applause from PAGEONE’s leadership team and staff. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie, pride, and optimism for the bright futures awaiting these young achievers.

The Internship Graduation of 2024 is a testament to PAGEONE’s unwavering commitment to shaping the next generation of industry leaders. The company’s dedication to providing transformative experiences continues to inspire countless students to dream bigger and aim higher.
