Ladybug Elevates Presentation Skills In Intensive Workshop

Ladybug recently took its presentation and communication skills to the next level through an intensive Effective Presentation Techniques Workshop. This training is part of PAGEONE Group’s Center for Excellence—the agency’s dedicated training and development arm that reflects its unwavering commitment to nurturing talent and advancing expertise. Through this initiative, team members refined their ability to deliver clear, confident, and engaging presentations—an essential skill in the fast-paced world of media relations.

The workshop emphasized structuring ideas effectively, using body language to reinforce messages, and building confidence in front of an audience. Through interactive exercises, participants sharpened their clarity, persuasion, and engagement techniques, ensuring they can deliver impactful presentations in any setting.

Successfully completing the training were JAM Galindez, Janina Agapinan, Lucille Ponio, and Monique Audal— reinforcing Ladybug’s commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.

For Monique Audal, the workshop was an invaluable experience. “Not only did I gain a wealth of knowledge, but it also boosted my confidence in presenting. One key takeaway that really resonated with me is the importance of being well-versed in your topic. With a solid understanding and the right skills, everything falls into place, allowing you to be an effective and impactful presenter.”

Janina Agapinan echoed this sentiment, emphasizing how the training honed her ability to engage different audiences. “The workshop challenged me to refine my delivery and adapt to various presentation scenarios. It reinforced that confidence is built on preparation and a deep understanding of the message we want to convey.”

Lucille Ponio highlighted the value of interactive learning. “At first, I felt shy because I was not used to presenting in front of others, even though I knew how to communicate. However, our instructor helped us build confidence by teaching us how to present ourselves and handle clients. I realized that it all starts with yourself, how you carry yourself reflects how you engage and present with others. Another important lesson is that effective presentation requires continuous practice. Our instructor reminded us to keep growing and learning from our experiences in the industry.”

Beyond mastering the technical aspects of public speaking, the workshop also fostered collaboration and adaptability—two critical skills in media relations, where clear and compelling communication is key. Participants not only refined their individual presentation styles but also learned how to effectively tailor messages to different audiences, ensuring that their delivery resonates across various platforms and stakeholders.

“This workshop reaffirms Ladybug’s commitment to equipping our team with the right skills to navigate the ever-evolving media landscape,” said JAM Galindez, Head of Ladybug. “Effective communication is at the heart of what we do, and by continuously honing our presentation techniques, we empower our team to craft compelling narratives, engage audiences with confidence, and drive meaningful impact for our clients and partners.”

This investment in professional development strengthens Ladybug’s ability to amplify stories, deliver persuasive messaging, and maintain excellence in media relations—ensuring that every communication effort leaves a lasting impression.
