PAGEONE Socials Brings Halloween Celebration To Life By Showcasing Pinoy Folklore

Breathing life into Filipino folklore, PAGEONE Socials celebrated Halloween with a spine-tingling celebration like no other by showcasing their creativity under the theme “The Battle of the Philippine Folklore.”

PAGEONE assembled its employees on October 30 as they all transformed into mythical creatures and Filipino legends, and made the night into an eerie and unforgettable experience.

Iconic characters from local folklore roamed the scene, brought to life by PAGEONE’s creative teams, as they competed in costume, performance, and even a film-making challenge inspired by Pinoy mythology.

Each team delivered chilling performances and meticulously crafted costumes, adding a layer of authentic Filipino eeriness to the celebration. The highlight of the evening was a captivating short film contest where teams reimagined the “Alamat ng Manananggal,” the legendary tale of a winged creature from Filipino mythology. With imaginative storytelling and fresh twists, the short films drew guests into a world of frightful folklore and immersive storytelling.

The celebration was packed with thrilling games, exciting prizes, and plenty of Halloween-inspired activities, as everyone in attendance joined in the frightful fun. Employees flaunted their haunting costumes, joined in spooky competitions, and demonstrated impressive skills across various challenges.

“This event not only sparked the creativity of our employees but also strengthened the connections among the people in our company. I hope more events like this take place in the future, as they help develop each employee’s skills. Fun at work truly defines the agency life here at PAGEONE,” Dr. Ron Jabal said.

The evening honored the rich cultural tradition of Filipino folklore while showcasing PAGEONE’s innovative and community-driven spirit. The folklore-inspired Halloween extravaganza was a testament to the group’s commitment to fostering creativity and collaboration among its members.
