PAGEONE Media Mounts On-The-Ground Coverage Of Milan And Paris Fashion Week

PAGEONE Media sends a Filipino correspondent into Milan and Paris Fashion Week, bringing runway moments and industry conversations directly to audiences back home.

One correspondent on the ground, two editors in Manila, two of the world’s major fashion capitals, and a distinctly Filipino perspective.

PAGEONE Media has assembled a three-person editorial team to cover the Women’s Spring/Summer 2027 season across Milan and Paris, combining on-the-ground reporting with a Manila-based newsroom that will turn developments from Fashion Week into timely content for Filipino audiences.

Leading the coverage from Europe is Arne Gershwin Gogo, a Filipino casting industry professional who will serve as PAGEONE Media’s fashion correspondent for Milan Fashion Week, running September 22 to 28, before continuing directly to Paris Fashion Week from September 28 to October 6.

Gogo will cover runway presentations, industry events, media moments and conversations surrounding both fashion weeks, providing PAGEONE Media with reporting and commentary directly from two of the industry’s most closely watched stages.

His role, however, goes beyond documenting what appears on the runway.

With professional experience in the casting industry, Gogo brings an insider’s understanding of how fashion presentations come together, from casting and collection presentation to staging and the signals designers and fashion houses communicate through their shows.

That perspective will allow PAGEONE Media’s coverage to look beyond conventional runway recaps and examine the people, ideas, and industry movements shaping each season.

Supporting the coverage from Manila are Khirby Serrano and Gen Asas, who will manage the editorial operation across PAGEONE Media’s platforms. The Manila team will work with reports, images, observations and updates coming directly from Europe, developing them into stories, commentary and digital content for audiences back home.

Together, the team will follow not only the collections themselves but also emerging designers and personalities, changing aesthetics, cultural influences, industry conversations and the differences between what unfolds in Milan and Paris.

The two fashion weeks will feature collections from many of the world’s leading fashion houses, with the official calendars bringing together designers, editors, buyers, creators, celebrities and international media.

But PAGEONE Media does not intend to simply duplicate coverage already available from established international fashion publications.

Vonj Tingson, President of PAGEONE Media, said the decision to mount on-the-ground coverage reflects a larger ambition for the media network.

“We don’t need to be another media outlet telling Filipinos what the rest of the world is already reporting. We want to be where important global conversations are happening and ask what they mean for our audiences back home. Milan and Paris give us that opportunity. We can bring the world closer to Filipino audiences while bringing a Filipino perspective into the conversation.”

For PAGEONE Media, that means asking a more relevant question: What do the developments in Milan and Paris mean from a Filipino and Southeast Asian perspective?

The coverage will look at which ideas and trends could travel to the region, the growing visibility of Asian talent and influences, and what developments in global fashion could mean for Philippine creatives, brands, retailers, consumers and the country’s expanding creator economy.

Fashion Week today also extends well beyond fashion. The industry increasingly intersects with entertainment, luxury, technology, sustainability, branding, celebrity culture and social media, making Milan and Paris important stages for understanding wider shifts in global culture and consumer behavior.

PAGEONE Media’s Milan-to-Paris coverage will therefore look beyond who wore what and what appeared on the runway. The team will follow the ideas, people and industry shifts shaping global fashion and interpret what they could mean for Filipino audiences, creatives, brands and culture.

The coverage is part of PAGEONE Media’s continuing effort to bring Filipino audiences closer to global conversations from the places where those conversations are happening — while bringing a Filipino perspective to the global stage.
